How do you see yourself when you’re in front of the mirror? Do you feel confident or otherwise? Do you feel beautiful or ugly? Are you happy and satisfied or are you disappointed with what you’re seeing in the mirror? Do you know that whatever your perception about yourself is truly matters? Yes, it matters. Yoga Sciences Defined
