“What the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve” is one of Napoleon Hill’s most famous lines, and wrote that while he was an advisor then President Franklin Delano Roosevelt in the early to mid 1930’s. And Think and Grow Rich Napoleon Hill was written with that cliché in mind.
You see, Napoleon Hill grew up poor. In fact, he had to support his studies by working as a reporter in small town newspapers in Southwest Virginia. And his fortune came around when he was set to interview for a number of continuing articles the very famous businessman Andrew Carnegie. That single interaction impressed Andrew Carnegie very much he tasked Napoleon Hill to create a document that promotes success by copying from the success of others. Andrew Carnegie commissioned Napoleon Hill to interview famous and successful people and ask them how they became who they were, collate these information and come up with a book discussing the common acts these people did to achieve success.
Napoleon Hill came face to face with some of the most influential people in history – President Woodrow Wilson, which he also became an advisor of, William H. Taft, John Wannamaker, John H. Rockefeller, Henry Ford, Alexander Graham Bell, and Thomas Edison to name a few. Think and Grow Rich Napoleon Hill was born.
Napoleon Hill’s principle is actually based on the belief that when one sets his mind to anything and really focuses on it, he will be able to achieve it. This theory is hinged on 20 years of research on successful people who really put their heart on anything that they do. It passes on the idea that our thoughts, be they conscious or unconscious, has a direct correlation to what happens around us. Regretfully, if you put your mind on something that you do not want, Law Of Attraction forces will work on you getting that, too. Hence, when you actually are in fear of something bad, do not focus on it, and discard it from your subconscious. You may notice that a person who does not have manifests the actuations of a person who does not have, and continues that inherent actuation that actually affects the person’s ability to have. Go figure. In Think and Grow Rich Napoleon Hill, Hill regarded selfishness, fear, and other negative emotions as the basis of one’s failure. Unsuccessful people, when interviewed will unanimously tell about their frustrations and fears, all unconstructive emotions that has no place in Hill’s achievement theories. And in his book Think and Grow Rich Napoleon Hill, Hill actually challenges his readers by asking them what they truly believe in. The answer to that question is their Definite Major Purpose, as was put by Hill himself.
Napoleon Hill’s principles and those of other inspirational writers can help you a lot in your efforts to practice the law of attraction principles in your life. You can find out more about it from this site:
